Notice of Proposed Rulemaking 18.27.2

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving oral and written public comment from interested parties on the proposed rule revisions to 18.27.2 NMAC. The hearing is scheduled on January 31, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the New Mexico Department of Transportation, 1120 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87504, Training Rooms 1 and 2. PAYMENTS FOR DEPOSIT

Per state statute [SS 6-10-3 NMSA 1978] state agencies must deposit any and all funds received within 24 hours of receipt.  The NMDOT Financial Control Bureau is the central location that should receive all payments for deposit. All payments for deposit to NMDOT must be mailed or walked into the address below. Payments must be submitted with a correspondence and/or other documentation supporting what the payment is for.
